How long does it take to complete the details?
It really depends on what services you’re getting, the size of your vehicle, and the condition that it’s in. Sometimes it only takes a few hours and other times it can take a few days. We’re not a high-volume car wash where we try to get you in and out as fast as possible. We’re very detailed and meticulous with every service so it takes a bit more time to complete.
Do you need power and water to get the job done?
We’re a fully-equipped mobile detail unit. We carry our own water tank and pressure washer so we have everything we need to get the job done. We just need enough space to workaround your vehicle.
So can you detail my car at my job?
Yes, we sure can! Depending on where you work, we may need you to ask and confirm with property management that we’re allowed on the premises. But aside from that, we detail at office locations all the time! There are a few instances where if you need more extensive service that takes more time, it probably makes better sense to schedule that to be performed at your home location.
Do I have to be home for you to detail my car?
No, you don’t need to be home. We just need access to the vehicle and the location to get the job done. So you can be there when we get there, hand us the keys, and then we can take it from there. Or you can tell us where the keys are and we can get straight to work. We’re here to make your day easier so whatever works for you, just let us know.
Are your detailing services by appointment only?
Yes, most of the time you’ll need to set an appointment with us to book your vehicle in the schedule. That being said, there’s times where we’ll have next-day availability and we’ll be able to get to you shortly. It just depends on the workload for that week.
What form of payment do you accept?
You can pay with cash or card. Whichever you prefer. Most customers pay by card. We accept payment once we’re done with the job and you’re happy with the results.
I didn’t see my area on your list. Do you come to my area?
It’s most likely that we do! Simply submit a form or give us a call and ask us if we service your area. We’re mobile-based so we’re always everywhere.
